Other Reasons HTML Annual Reports Make Sense

I’ve been thinking about the reasons companies should provide true HTML versions of their annual report online. If folks are familiar with our company, they are probably familiar with the reasons we, and others involved in online IR services, think this is the correct approach.The main reasons clients are against this process seems to be:

• the perception that the cost is too high,
• the perception that it takes too long, and perhaps,
• general fatigue with the whole process and lack of interest in prolonging it.

I’ll try to keep those in mind as I go through some reasons for going ahead with the full HTML conversion of the print piece. I will be presenting these reasons in a three part series.
